This is a plein air landscape, capturing a beautiful morning on Lake Claiborne in north Louisiana. As I was painting, a raven flew over, casting an image on the waters below. This watercolor painting is on 80 lb. Arches paper with deckle edges.
I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed my day out of the studio, painting on location during one of my many trips camping in our beautiful America.
